inlingua Interview Skills
inlingua Interview skills is a special purpose program aimed at helping people from different walks of life to tackle job interviews successfully. It is a designed to hone their communication skills to a point where they are comfortable in any job interview situation, and are able to project a confident and positive image of themselves to the interviewing panel. The course is a start –to- finish module, and takes students through all the stages of the application process. The module is designed for students who have completed the inlingua 2B level or have been assessed at the 3A level.
Student enrolling for the program are taught how to assess and understand job advertisement, compile a resume write a cover letter, prepare for the interview, tackle awkward interview questions and take follow-up action. They receive tips on appropriate language for interview situations including greetings, introductions, request and polite questions. The course also addresses such issues as etiquette, grooming and body language during the interview. The student book is accompanied by in audio CD containing recordings of Key Points and listening exercises.

inlingua Managing Successful Meetings is a business English program for professionals who need to effectively conduct or participate in meetings in English. The goal is to further enhance the ability of learners who have already developed core competencies in the subject to function effectively in a range of real-world business situations through the introduction of genuine and versatile language practiced in realistic, relevant contexts. The course is designed to be entered after learners have completed the inlingua APP 3A core business program, which corresponds with the Common European Framework (CEF) level B2, and covers the Can Do Statements for Work specified by ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe)at level 3.
Participants enrolling for the program will learn how to deal with the a range of real-world issues that arise during business meetings. They will receive instruction and advice on appropriate language for a variety of relevant situations, including persuading others, asserting control, avoiding sensitive subjects, asking for feedback and dealing with rude or inappropriate conduct. And audio CD containing recordings of dialogue used in the Key Points, along with listening exercises for the practice of specific language functions covered in the course, accompanies Managing Successful Meetings. Resource Sheets provide additional opportunities for learners to discuss and explore the authentic topics and scenarios presented in the program.

inlingua Brush-up
The inlingua Brush-up is for students who have a reasonable knowledge of English, but who need to review selected basic structures. The program is specially designed to meet the needs of learners whose English is ‘’rusty’’– a common problem for those who learned to language some time ago, but have since had little or no practice.
The course provides succinct review of essential language from levels 1A, 1B and 2A of inlingua’s general and professional programs, preparing learners for entry to APP 2B or GPP2.
The Brush-up consist of 15units, each of which is divided into three sections. Each unit has at least one specific structural focus within a functional context. The program also provides a language practice section in each unit. Additionally, there is a grammar reference at the end of the book that presents the main structures in graphic form. This grammar portion is cross-referenced in the appropriate language practice section. The Student Book should be used with the accompanying CD, and in conjunction with the brush-up Trainer Resource Pack.
